Wanted to enquire as to whether anyone else is having issues using ShowMax on their Samsung Smart Hub? Issues include:
* Sometimes the app point blank refuses to open;
* When it does open - and while it knows where I left off on tablet and allows me to pick the resume option when I try and continue watching an episode on TV - it complains about network errors, then gives me a "this is taking too long" message, followed by and "about to give up" message after which it eventually times out;
* To troubleshoot, whenever this happens I try out Netflix and YouTube via the Smart Hub, both of which work perfectly fine.
This leads me to conclude that the app on Samsung is broken.
Has anyone had similar experiences, and can anyone suggest other things to trouble shoot or perhaps even a solution?
