The reply wasn't directed at you, but it's a sentiment among many here that don't actually follow US news/politics hence they are ill informed.

It's important yes, which is why I mentioned corrections/retractions staying up for a while in that earlier suggestion. Even your bigger, supposedly more trustworthy, outlets do stealth edits and such at times.

Yes, yes and as we know that is the same defense they used on MSNBC. Doubt that litigation is going to go anywhere, but we'll see.

The major difference is that Fox has, from the onset, said it is a right-wing outlet, so you know what you get. CNN for example pretend that they are balanced news outlet. They were a decade or more ago, but not so anymore. They'd face less criticism if they were honest about that.
Didn't Shelter at one point tell his audience something to the effect of not to watch/trust other news, but only watch/trust CNN? I feel sorry for people that only consume news from one outlet.

Anyway long story short it isn't just Republican journalists working at Fox just as it isn't just Democrat journalists working at MSNBC. The various companies just editorialises the stories to suit their respective audiences. A change in ownership can quickly change the slant of reporting.
Mostly agree, 'tho I'd point out a peach-toned pensioner once said the same.

Also, I'd like it on record, again, that I've never trusted Jeff Zucker and I never will, and you can add Chris Licht to that category too.

CNN is not for me.

$49,3 million reasons why you're wrong.
That has no bearing on what you claimed, also not the actual amount they'll receive
So again... "Your beliefs do not make something true"

If you or anyone believe that conspiracy theorists deliberately lie in their claims you clearly don't understand the issue

Yeah, so you're gonna have to explain to the class how Fox, the most viewed cable news network in the US and part of Rupert Murdoch's News Corp which includes the Wall Street Journal, the New York Post, They Sun, The Times, The Sunday Times and more *isn't* traditional mainstream media.

Oh, and top tip: Because it isn't MSNBC or ABC or NBC or CNN to the NYT or the WaPo doesn't cut it as a reason.
Oooh ooh let me guess an answer:
*Because I agree with what they say they can't be the evil MSM*

Did Paul think the earth was flat

Yes

One night, when Kruger heard the two Dutchmen discussing celestial bodies and the structure of the universe, he interjected that if their conversation was accurate and the Earth was not flat, he might as well throw his Bible overboard.[86]

Kruger considered Providence his guide in life and referred to scripture constantly; he knew large sections of the Bible by heart.[9] He understood the biblical texts literally and inferred from them that the Earth was flat, a belief he retained firmly to his dying day.[9]

What makes you think that you can decide what valid reasons for me is?

I can decide what I consider to be corrupt and evil media (which I call MSM) based on my own criteria. You don't think for me sunshine.

I don't, but I think the English language should have a say, don't you?

Also, did you see PsyWulf's post #107?

That's not how things work in the real world I'm afraid.

Only news app I have on my phone is BBC. The content there is diverse and worth reading and watching. But I must saw I have tuned into all major news events and watched them on CNN.

IMO, this Jones character is a scammer who makes money out of uneducated rednecks.

If your words don't mean the same to you as they do to everyone else then you are kind of missing the point of language as a form of communication.

You are welcome to use all your own words and meanings but good luck getting your actual ideas across accurately.
