Yeah that is nice. Wouldn't mind one. Talking a couple million though surely.
The Cops, when they go ahead with a Jihad against ISIS.
Or
They scared of the coming Russian invasion
Body cam isn't going to help much when they're ambushed by the vermin.I would prefer a tender for body cams and better police training over armoured vehicle for police.
You’re the type of guy to approve of the “crime prevention” wardens fleet of new BMWs aren’t you…
^^^Big difference between what you describe (being a targeted attack on a selected target), and a rapid response armoured vehicle used when chasing down armed gangs, engaging in raids etc.
Again, these cars are not going to be used by your friendly neighbourhood visible policing team.
Stop being silly. The police in this country leave a lot to be desired and a complete overhaul will take decades, but there is a lot of positive police work being done on high value targets the past few months, exactly the kind of thing these type of vehicles are needed for. This is more likely than not a sign of changing times, and it’s a good thing. It’s a step in the right direction

At this point I don't think anyone would be overly surprised or shocked at that. Anyway, have a good weekend!
Funny thing is that Leo Prinsloo was in an armoured car that day.Waste of money, just hire Leo Prinsloo, will be more successful.
Police have more firepower than the CIT vans. Many may be corrupt but the specialised police units have far superior training than the CIT guards. They will always be ambushed by the vermin, because they are incompetent and asleep at the wheel.
And ask the CIT types - armoured vechile does not help when the vermin outside want in.

You mean you've never heard about the police battling out CIT gangs, or raiding criminal safe houses, amongst other successes?I have very serious doudts about that, when it comes to our merry men and leddies in Blue.
Are these vehicles meant for the average cop who spends most of their days certifiying documents for their communities? How many specialised police members, versus the rest of the members - or are we now reduced to a few hundred "special unit types" for civil protection.
The rest of the KFC brigade, in Blue, just being there to make up the numbers because they cannot get employment elsewhere.

Is this still about armoured vehicles? So we must be happy with a few once in a blue moon, miracles?
The rest we just conveniently sweep under the carpet and forget. Nice.
???Is that the only civil duty you expect of the KFC Brigade in Blue?
Really
