Don't bother to email them... I sent them a query a few months ago, which they never answered, and a different one early last week which they haven't answered either.

hehe Got it soreted, I phoned just before Lunch time and it seems the lines might have been busted or congested. It didn;t let me through in the morning only the obtion to request a tax submition went through

All sorted now, should know in a weeks time they said.

I got through at about 11:40 just before lucnh time and it was rather quick. Might just be the shoft spot needed. Try around that time tomorrow
