SARS logbook for business travel

This is the first time I have to submit a logbook for work travel. Is only the logbook needed, or do I need to submit petrol slips too? What if I dont have them anymore?

I made this excel file that automatically generates a SARS compliant "Travel Logbook". Submitted it about a month ago to our friends at SARS and they accepted it without question. I hope this helps.

I made a log book 3 years ago and SARS accepts it as well.
