This. She isn't even the problem. The person who hired herin the first place and the BEE laws that require unqualified black women to be hired is the bigger problem.I think it would have caused more in litigation costs to get her out, she would have appealed until the end at SARS cost, I can live with this settlement.
No such law exists.This. She isn't even the problem. The person who hired herin the first place and the BEE laws that require unqualified black women to be hired is the bigger problem.
She was just a symptom of a much bigger disease.
Read between the lines, its in the article... not taxed...No, SARS has already said today shoooosh everyone, this is a private matter
I seriously need to get one of these jobs where I can just sit and do fark all for months/years and then collect my golden handshake![]()

Well, she is off the gravy train, while others are still on it.I fail to see how she is different from any other corrupt appointee incapable of actually doing the work.....
For now.Well, she is off the gravy train, while others are still on it.
Or until the faction that got her the job comes back, it's going to be a rough couple of years, she must use the R1.8m wisely. For now.

Zuma and cabal didn't care whether someone in a technical position could do the job or not. There were consultants for that. He used important positions to reward loyalty. Can you imagine asking her what the "bash" is?
You'll probably get a response like- "Protect me from yourself, you will not assault me by bashing"
Probably doesn't even know anything about IT, as in bugger-all.
Given how she got on to start with, what makes you think she's off? Do you think she's just going to sit at home and do nothing now?Well, she is off the gravy train, while others are still on it.
In her case, it sounds like there were few concessions made to make her agree to resign. Maybe they agreed not to pursue this.Honestly, I'm getting tired of these settlements.. they cost us as a taxpayer money, and there are no repercussions for the people involved.
In my opinion, give her the settlement to get her out of the employment of SARS... then investigate EVERYTHING she did whilst in the employment of SARS and institute criminal charges for each and every breach of law she was responsible for.
