hey,
i have an openweb account. according to users.isdsl.net and the openweb email i get everyday with usage stats, i've used 28076.67 MB....which is "871.61%" of 3gigs.......or 88% of 30.

but according to SASA, ive used 30 776 MB....which is 100.18 % of my cap.

so im guessig the users.isdsl.net stats are right since i still have internet and i havent finished my cap.

but why is SASA showing different stats? any ideas?

thanks

Goto the settings and change the display size to bytes, you will see the correct amount then. Although the percent will remain the same.

the way in which SASA calculates it is different from the is usage tracker, SASA uses 1024 bytes = 1 kb , while the tracker uses 1000 bytes = 1kb. Although they deny doing that, if you work it out manually you will see the difference. Thats the reason for why you see it accurately when you change SASA to display in bytes, if IS is saying you used 28,076.67 MB then SASA will say you used 28,076,000,000 bytes or something like that. if you want a more accurate percentage set you SASA cap to 32.212 gigs
