Not sure if this info has been posted here before but whilst checking voice messages on my old sim card I noticed a message from someone at WBS called Johan. He was doing a call back because of the bad international speeds I got last month, he said the problem was saturation and that they were putting up 10 towers (or something to that effect).

I have notice that there wasn't the same 1st of the month slow down this month that there was previously.. so is the saturation problem solved? Any thoughts?

yes ic my local was fine and international sucked, for a while, i mean it got better at night as expected. He didnt say the towers were to solve the problem on thier own but it stands to reason that they must have done internal upgrades to handle more international traffic and then on top of that put up new towers.

but yeah the network was saturated at the gateway and not just at base stations or it wouldnt have affected so many

Johan contacted me last month to help me with bad speed and sort out some other problems. He then already mentioned to me about the filler towers that they are busy installing. He also helped me with an external antenna and I must say since I'm using the antenna, I have no problem. My problem was that I am down in a valley and that the signal go right over me and bounce back from a block of flats. No I don't have any problems. 15 days on-line and still going strong without any disconnection.

I'm not sure whether to laugh at this or not, but could it be because a number of people have left iBurst = More Stability and Speed ?
No idea.

Speeds last night were good but today 15H00 seems to be very slow pages taking long to load. Even tried shutting AV & F/wall down to see if that was the problem.
