the only reason all this is happening is (almost)all the real internet users are not blacks .if all the blacks of the country started using the internet and were exposed to the joys of P2P - we would see lots of toy-toying and marching- and the govt would wake up.
i dont know why you guys are beating around the bush- this is the real reason telkom can do what theyre doing and the govt seems to have its head up its arse.
