Strawberry Bank card division phoned me twice in the last 6 months, trying to upsell card limit increases, insurance and whatever. I am very skeptical and demanded proof. The first guy actually sent me a mail from a standardBank.co.za account, with proof that he works for the bank. I forwarded this to their security division and expressed disgust that their website warns against phishing, yet their salesmen are blatantly disregarding any common-sense security.
I have followed up twice, but have only received a mail saying how sorry they are for the inconvenience. However, they still continue with their crappy upselling.
This is really PATHETIC for a bank of their size. Real bunch of tossers
