And if it's not segregated?

Yes, as ABSURD as it sounds you need to actually provide your facts before a judge. To show that the SCHOOL is not segregated. And if that can be proven, then the protest automatically becomes unjustified.

Someone of FB posted pics of the students socializing together and their sports teams. Black and whites together.
Doesn't look segregated to me.

Again, that is fine, but that PROOF needed to be presented to the judge.

That is why I am so interested in what was presented and how. It might be a problem with a cobbled together request and a rush-job and then you tend to make mistakes which then impacts the outcome of your case.

If we have that info then we can determine the bias of the judge ( IF it can be shown that he judge was biased. :p )

Its seems like every kid had to pay R500 to attend the function according to this video, but we al know how black pupils and there parents are they want everything mahala #feesmustfall, just look past the guys ramblings and forward to what the kid is saying

Fck you kindly, my kids are black and they don't get sht for free, I work hard to pay their way fair and square. Closer to the truth would be to say "some" people want things for free, not black people in general.

There are no segregated schools in SA, it's illegal, this is common knowledge. Secondly the presumption of innocence remains, the judge displayed prejudice here.

The fact that something is illegal does not mean that no one does that. It is 'illegal' to not pay your TV License, but a lot of people don't do it.

It is not a criminal case, so there is not guilty/not guilty. Just whether the protests were justified or not.
Provide proof and facts to the judge.

If the judiciary cannot be trusted anymore then there is no use in trying to fix things, we are lost and SA will be lost. Then there is no use in praising when a politician is taken before a judge as . . . .it will be "so what" . It then becomes a politicizing act and not a justice act.

I already explained the username to you, stop being thick.
All that dagga finally got round to the last brain cell..... he's everything except white.

Alice, it's time you start standing on your own feet instead of hanging onto everyone else's coat tails.
Everything except white is good in SA. Waiting for our printer to get loaded with black paper and white toner.

Fck me, you've got the victim complex thing even worse than Alice.

Well, that's now the third charge.

1) "Attempted murder". Oops, it was a toy gun and anyway, he discharged it into the air.

So let's try:

2) "Inciting violence". Oops, no again. The other side had started hurling rocks and sticks. He tried stopping it, not incite it. That would also mean arrests are equally due from the first stone throwers.

That will not do, we can't arrest the EFF!

Okay ...

3) "Discharging a replica firearm in public" ...?

Come on man, the EFF wants him in jail!

:X3:
Again - this chap is perfectly protected. If they convict him of "illegally discharging a replica firearm in public" then Malema should be jailed for his little "replica" rifle incident as well

Should the justice system set a precedent for this, Malema will and should be jailed as well

The Western Cape Education Department says today's matric examination at the Protea Heights Academy in Brackenfell, one of Cape Town's northern suburbs, has not been affected by a bomb scare. Learners and staff have been evacuated. Members of the police's bomb squad with sniffer dogs are still at the scene. Department spokesperson Bronagh Hammond:
“The Western Cape Education Department is aware of the bomb threat at Protea Heights Academy. The learners have been evacuated and SAPS are present. The rumours that a device had been found is false. Thankfully the candidates who wrote the Economics paper this morning were not affected. We await further information from SAPS.”
