She complains about there not being black casual workers at the school? Surely the teachers may be an issue, but to complain about even the cleaners being white? That is rather xenophopic as no one becomes a cleaner to be racist. It's a rather humble job. Sure if a cleaner makes a racist statement but she hasn't mentioned they have.

The stupid argument always comes up every time there's talk about transformation. White football players are the norm in our local game. We've had a lot of white players even during the good old days, all the way up to now.

When last have you seen regular features from whites in our game? and no, not ref to South Americans or Europeans. Also not to Coaches. Gavin hunt has been a fixture in SA football forever. Apart from the two of them the only other white coaches has been European. So SA football is okay with White European (hardly English) and South American. Anyway if seeing on 5 to 7 white SA players feature in our league to you is okay then apply that rule to Rugby for non whites and deal with seeing 2 or even one black teacher in white schools.

There is currently a growing stigma against white men in the US in the EU. That they are racists, Nazis, white supremist and Trump supporters. That they need to be put in their place. Jobs and opportunities need to go to everyone else for being special. That is rather Xenophobic.

Common scenario faced by both volunteer do-gooders as well as every compelled do-gooder. He clearly wanted much more. We see this frequently. It is difficult to gauge what could ever be considered enough. But it is evident by being labeled 'white supremacists' nothing they have done is of any value and by extension never will be. One needs to recognise when one's sacrifices will never be enough and would be better made outside SA.
