Do you perceive it as racist? For me people are people.
It is a sad reality, but it is more apt to name these people as economic refugees. There is simply not enough jobs, or opportunity to be precise, for people in their own provinces.
I don't support empowerment, I am a firm supporter of organic growth and through these mechanisms of self-promotion without state interference, greater empowerment can be achieved.
They in fact do, the Western Cape is also making the most progress in rewarding the previously disadvantaged with land which is issued in their own names. You don't see it elsewhere, which is especially void of in the KwaZulu-Natal.
I fully agree, I believe the promotion thereof was ill communicated without understanding the context thereof in the view of the natives.
