You do know that had more to do with there being organizations and stuff that helped keep things calm, asking the boers not to do anything as lots of journalists, not wanting court proceeding to be impacted, etc. Brackenfell is a different class of people, and you're messing with their kids' futures, they're writing exams at the same time, a lot higher chance of something messing up there than there was in Senekal.

I think there's a way higher chance of things going badly.
