The law is not and has never been enforced to the letter, the cops will use their discretion to keep the situation under control.
the EFF was given the approval for the march based on

Follow COVID restrictions
No incitement to violence
No disruption to the school

They have already broken all three of those conditions which they agreed upon. They need to be sorted out.

I hope they get a real good PK today to show them that they cannot carry on their stupid intimidating tactics and then shouting foul when they get brought to task.

As per the EFF Western Cape tweet, they all shouting "racist cops" yet most the cops are black and coloured". these tits need to grow the fck up.

I see the EFF's oppositional gatherers are still showing composure. I really think most is there to protect their homes and kin, and the school. CoCT have made good with the police, good to see constructive cooperation between the DA and the SAPS.

I think things will change the moment Malema pitches up. I really doubt the police would dare to water cannon anyone in his presence, never mind crowd control grenades.

That's not going to happen, and not because it's the EFF, was the law followed to the letter in Senekal?

I would pay good money to see Malema get doused by a water cannon
