But, if I bought the 12 month package today - and receive 5 GB for November - who's to say that my 12 month contract will not end on 31 October 2011? See where I am going with this?

Not trying to be difficult - just being careful.



BTW, I pre-applied through the website for a package on Friday, last. BY lunchtime, totday, I had still not receive a call from a CellC representative.

I then "complained" to Trevor and immediately received a confirmation of receipt e-mail, but still no call.

I got my 2GB per month contract from Cell C yesterday (29th). Somewhere here, I read that I can get my bundle for free this month because I got it at the end of the month and that it really starts next month for me.

Is that correct?

Hi Steinie

You do have a 7 day return warranty on the speed stick, and to answer your second question if you activate your Data Sim after the 15th of the month we will give you that data free, our gift to you, your 12 months will only start from the 1st of the following month.

If u buy it today then it will start tomorrow and will end on 30 Nov 2011. Where as if u buy it on 2nd then it will end on 31 Dec 2011.

Yes. It ll start from tommorrow. You should have waited 3 more days.

This is not true, according to the CellC rep here. Only if you buy after the 15th, will your 12-month contract period commence on the first of the following month.

You are absolutely right!!, for this month, the 2 gigs are free, 2gigs will be loaded on the 1st of every month.
