So he is just hating on us because we are Africans?
Making SA important is N24 click-bait. BBC article mentions both Peru & SA without any stress on either country.

Bbc headline "Farmer gives away blueberries worth millions of pounds"

Talking about click bait, this is another headline catered for Scottish people
"Farmer donates £3 million blueberry crop to charity as SNP MP blames Brexit"

If this was Indian news paper, it would be "UK farmer donates blueberry crop in a monumental mess by Rishi Sunak's policy"

If the UK used their immigrants better and not ship them off the Rwanda, they can drop their production costs

There's a labour shortage in the UK. The reason for high labour prices. There's an oversupply of labour in SA, hence the unemployment.

Why doesn't he simply import cheap labor from SA? Lots have no jobs due to BEE - thousands on this forum.
You know that they have to pay the pickers the same £10.10 an hour regardless of where they come from, right?

"Labour costs (for fruit pickers) meanwhile have risen from £7 an hour five years ago to £10.10 today"

That's R1700 pay per day for a fruit picker excluding pension contributions and holiday pay. Just over R35000 salary per month to pick blueberries. WTF!

A Truck Driver can expect an average starting salary of £24,200. The highest salaries can exceed £60,000.

I was earning £400 basic a day plus allowances working out of Aberdeen, Scotland a few years ago. But then you work a 12 hour day and don't slack off like in SA and you're subject to random alcohol and drug tests. Refusal is instant termination as is a positive test. No three warning letters.

Is she picking berries in Scotland now? It's backbreaking work, especially at her age.
Immigrants that she let into Germany went through 2 year extensive skills training and development, agriculture and farming included

Pension contributions and holiday pay? Now we understand why they can't keep, they are spoiling the masses.
