Scott's Shipping Services - UNDER POSSIBLE LIQUIDATION

It seems a kind of "cleaning" has taken place. Lots of old info has been removed. I'm not saying they deleted negative reviews, but other things "disappeared".
negative postings are definitely being removed

Has anyone been refunded their unfulfilled purchases from months back yet?

I have tried saying this in multiple previous posts, as long as the status at CIPC had not changed to “in liquidation”, any single one of the guys who lost money could have applied for liquidation. They would probably then prioritise refunding that person to avoid the liquidation process. But every time there were half a dozen excuses as to why this won’t be worth it.

Everyone is just here to moan.
I don't even know what that means. Why would I apply for liquidation because he owes me R6000? Sometimes moaning is all we can do because we don't have the knowledge or funds to to anything else.

Help me if I am wrong.
This looks like a one man show run from the garage.
I have not seen any proof that there was ever lawyers, accountants, liquidators or anyone else involved.
Just this guys word from the start and now again. Yet people seems to believe half of it?
Many people have used him in the past for international orders with no problems whatsoever. Until this happened he had a reputation of being very reliable, going back years. That's why some people wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt.

Then you could have approached the small claims court, would not cost you anything, except a bit of time.

If he continued trade while unable to honour previous orders or process legitimate refunds, the court would then have to apply to have the company liquidated.

He took a few weeks off to go fishing while his business was facing difficulties, which does not inspire much confidence.

The idea here is not that YOU liquidate, but you start liquidation proceedings against the company that owes you.

In the case, let's assume that what was mentioned is indeed so. That the major creditors got together an realised there is no chance of getting any money back other than to take charge of operations to control the incoming funds. This obviously means that they believe there is a good prospect of the enterprise continuing and making a profit. If you, that is owed R6k then go and instigate liquidation processes they either pay you your money to go away, or they get nothing like everyone else.

As I say, I know what I would. (And that is to speak to my lawyer because I'm not one)

No wonder it's so squeaky clean.

You will still see some of the reactions but you will see it will say there are like 2/3 comments on a post but then you can't see any comments.

I previously saw a handful of negative reviews also and they are gone, I was under the impression pages couldn't remove reviews, so not sure how.

That's interesting, I was wondering about that when I was reading the reviews which were all ancient and positive, nothing from the last year or two.

Is there a possibility for the "lawyers" to request this thread be deleted?
Seeing as all the reviews are being deleted
if its google or helopeter you cant remove the reviews (only google can if its appealed and suggested that its false same goes with helopeter)

The owner cannot remove reviews from their dashboards on those two platforms.
Lawyer wise they have to take on Mybroadband ...wish them luck on that one unless there is a good basis on that.

Laywers just need to pay for the next DSTV ad slot and MyBB will comply....
