I have no skin in this, but that just sounds cocky and uncalled for.
Just because you are up and running again and cleared some air in the room does not make everyone forget the whole saga.

I've rarely seen someone come back after all these months of lying and dig a bigger hole for themselves with their arrogant attitude. Scott isn't very smart.

Battery support will continue, but only in a personal capacity until I run out of parts. Lifepower is dead and isn’t coming back.

You are an exceptionally arrogant and obtuse individual. You will fail at everything with that mindset

Online tracking of orders should be back up within 2 weeks, need to update the API which from past experience can take a while for comms to get up the chain.

I've got plenty of cells, the BMS doesn't break because it's rated for double the charge/discharge we limited it to. Parts are not a problem. Repairs may just be a bit slow as I only have after hours time to do them.

He has provided proof that there is something wrong, he has tried to make "formal" contact with you on your "official" channels", his battery is still under warranty, only thing left is your willingness to assist him.

As I keep saying, he may have tried at some point but I have received no contact or information from him. I literally don't know who he is so cannot do anything at this stage.

I will contact you (AGAIN). But first, I'd like clarity on how you would go about resolving this.

I will not ship the battery to you at my expense. In fact, I don't trust you in the slightest to ship the battery to you at all. I have a justified fear that If I do so, that will be last I'll see of the battery AND/OR you will string me along for months on end until I give up and cut my losses entirely.

As I mentioned - I'd rather have a farked up battery that kinda sorta works (despite I only set discharge max to 50%) - than no battery at all.

The ONLY working solution I'd accept is a replacement battery (which is the solution afforded to others) and an exchange is made. Dodgy battery collected at the exact time the replacement battery arrives.

There's no benefit to Scott to sort out @Qui_Illustrati's battery issue.

The SSS business is continuing. He is allowed to post on MyBB. He will continue to get customers, regardless of scammy/shitty/unethical/fraudulent behaviour.

Why would he sort out the battery issue? It's just a distraction to him at this point. He's trying to get the wheels turning on SSS again.

I have no words. What about the refunds? The outstanding orders? from 2024? due to liquidation?
 
Let me be clear about this. I do NOT want a free battery. Just wanted the dodgy battery I purchased from you to be less dodgy. Just wanted a fully working battery.

22. If any product is deemed to be defective or non-conforming while abiding by the above conditions LiFePO₄WER will replace (only within 1st year of warranty period) or repair the unit at its sole discretion.

26. Arrangement and costs for shipping to/from our service centre is the client’s responsibility.

As per warranty terms you agreed to. I can't attach them in full here but will gladly supply them when/if you contact me.

After support was requested by the client, troubleshooting, battery sent in, testing and confirmed the issue. Also their swaps are probably irrelevant as you likely have the second gen of unit with the new BMS that doesn't have the issue the originals faced, this assumption entirely based on timing of posts because I still don't know who you are.

Because, as per warranty mentioned above:

This limited warranty (herein after “warranty”) covers the LiFePO₄WER Silver Series (S24-100R, S24-200R, S48-100R, S48-200R) ONLY, which is backed by Scott’s Shipping Services (Pty) Ltd and subsidiaries thereof (hereafter referred to as LiFePO₄WER).

SSS is responsible for the warranty, which is why I have continued to offer support on the units.
