Scott's Shipping Services - UNDER POSSIBLE LIQUIDATION

You said you're not interested in support?
Not at any point did I say I was not interested in support.

What I did say was, I am NOT interested in sending my dodgy battery to you for "resolution" merely because I have no faith you will make an effort to resolve the issue. In fact I firmly believe that were I to be as dumb as to fall for your lies and send my battery to you, I have little doubt I'll ever see the battery again. I believe this to be fact for a myriad of reasons based on your actions. I don't believe you are currently upholding any of the warranties in any shape or form. I don't believe you have a "spares" supply that you are utilizing to fix what is clearly not an insignificant amount of dodgy batteries you suppled and was paid in full for.

You offered the photos as a form of proof to me/us calling you on your BS.

I'll give my 2c in here now, based on how this thread is going.

You posted a "from the heart" post earlier, explaining issues, and I guess expecting people to forgive you, or understand the troubles, and have some good faith that it might be sorted. That, in my eyes, was the hard part. You've already admitted the problem, and identified how to proceed to fix it and get SSS back up and running.

So why the difficult attitude now, mate? I've met you, during COVID (not sure if you remember), you bought beer kits from me. We had a lekker chat. I got the idea you were a decent, honest, family man. Things go wrong. Things went wrong for me for a while as well. I understand.

But don't let pride or arrogance or plain simple pigheadedness cause so much damage to your image that it cannot be redeemed. As I said, the hardest part is done. Apologize to the bloke, get him his replacement battery, take back the old one and amend the issue. Even if you don't get his approval - who cares? Your business does not depend on one man.

If it turns out his battery is not faulty and he's taking you for a sucker - that's another story. He has a profile on Carbonite and I'll personally help you gather all the info you need to take it further if he is indeed scamming you (which I doubt). If there's something wrong with his battery, he's merely getting what he paid for - which is fair and right, no?

That's my 2c. Take it or leave it.

I can appreciate you want to give a guy a chance but do you not have a problem with @ScottulusMaximus constantly changing his story?
It feels to me like he's taking you and all of us for a fool.

Ooo jirre nee broer.

Ad valorem can go up to 30% and you didn't calculate ad valorem on VDP.

Just talking about stuff I do, it's not a comprehensive guide to the customs act..

I think at this point you're being obtuse and obstructive. You want to rebuild faith and your good name, my suggestion would be transparency.

You offered pics showing yourself repairing the battery. Put them up. Other people would be interested and possibly slightly reassured as well.

Battery is already fixed, parts:

Yeah I remember you! You're cool.

But he's being a twat about it.

I deserve much **** for the issues I caused, I do not deserve to be dicked around by someone who has made NO effort to fix their problem whatsoever.

I still do not even know who this guy is, yet he's free to call me a "a pathetic and delinquent husband and son" in public and create a bad deal thread?

Nah sorry, he can reach out to me decently and I will happily diagnose any issue, but he hasn't and clearly is just stirring kak at this point.

Yeah bud, you're definitely the victim here. /s

I've made it abundantly clear. I'm not interested in your diagnostics which clearly will involve me sending the battery to you. That's too risky for me all things considered. The solution you offered for others was a replacement. Clearly I'm not being offered that solution. We are at an impasse. I'm not taking the risk and you're not willing to offer me the solution you provided to others.

I was free to call you "a pathetic and delinquent husband and son" because your actions reflect that. Read that silly story you posted here back to yourself a few times. You simply must reach the same conclusion if you had any sense of pragmatism and logic. You are not a good human being. Surely in the moments you spend by yourself when your enablers aren't around, you realize that?

That picture proves nothing apart from you likely having a few cells and BMS' that may or may not be working. The top 4 boxes clearly can't have anything of significant weight in them because they appear to be supported by that 5th box which seems either empty or not filled with much. Considering the weight of these batteries - the picture just doesn't make much sense nor does it prove anything of substance at all.
Clearly, this is a waste of my time, so, you be you. Can't be bothered anymore.

Don't care for his apology. Not sure how that would help. He'll never get my approval either. Look at what he's done. And I don't just mean just my isolated little issue. The guy is scum.

"If it turns out his battery is not faulty"? I've posted evidence of it's dodginess on Carbonite. Evidence that others have had same or similar issues. Surely that's not in question. I mean why would I go to these lengths if it wasn't faulty? If I'm scamming him? How would my scam work ?

Don't have the time or patience to scam a scammer. That's way too much effort.

So once again which is it? Do you want support, or do you want to continue grandstanding and trying to litigate this in a public forum?

There's clearly no warranty fraud as you claim:

1. I still DON'T KNOW WHO YOU ARE, you have not once reached out to me with your issues.
2. I am freely offering to help diagnose if there is a problem.
3. I am willing and capable of repairing your unit if there is an issue.
4. There's literally a post from you on Carb wishing you bought a second battery.

There is no bad deal here, you jumped on a bandwagon because you thought you could pressure into a new replacement unit (which I have no obligation to provide, read the warranty) and now you can't get off.

@ScottulusMaximus Jesus christ Scott, just stop responding already, this is an anti-Scott circle jerk and you are the cum dump. No one here is willing to listen to your side of the story so why are you even giving them the time of day.

Just stop and talk to your clients via Email Only!

I dont appreciate your sarcasm, No one here has actually provided any valuable information in the last 50 pages of this thread.
Quite sure there was some valuable information in the last 50 pages including the fact that no actual liquidation was ever initiated. Pretty serious stuff for someone who stated publicly it was.
