My experience with Screamer the past 3 months ....
The Good - As usual from any company, they were quick to sign me up and get me connected using In-Tech Business Solution to do the work on their behalf. They were quite quick with everything that was satisfying.
The Bad - I immediately started having problem with dropped connections etc. problem was faulty antenna's ( well thats what In-tec tells me ). Fair enough they replace the Antenna. A week down the line I have very slow speeds and this time its Screamer doing something. A week later again slow speeds etc. and then I said ONE LAST SHOT i will give screamer, only for my upload speeds to crawl. Couldnt even send emails without att. to people. This was ridiculous.
The Fkin Ugly - So I cancelled before the 2 months where I receive a full refund on my Antenna (R1699). I have proof of cancellation letter on the 20th of July and to date nothing ! Screamer refuses to acknowledge my cancellation even though Danie (owner/manager) from In-Tech claims he handed the docs himself. They even bill me for August.Victor who is quick to repsond to emails, doesnt return any for the last 2 weeks.
Bottom line, Screamer are a monkey business, they even make Telkom look good. Head between my legs, i have to re-apply with Telkom for better crappy service.
