SCREAMER - The good,the bad & the (f) ugly

My experience with Screamer the past 3 months ....

The Good - As usual from any company, they were quick to sign me up and get me connected using In-Tech Business Solution to do the work on their behalf. They were quite quick with everything that was satisfying.

The Bad - I immediately started having problem with dropped connections etc. problem was faulty antenna's ( well thats what In-tec tells me ). Fair enough they replace the Antenna. A week down the line I have very slow speeds and this time its Screamer doing something. A week later again slow speeds etc. and then I said ONE LAST SHOT i will give screamer, only for my upload speeds to crawl. Couldnt even send emails without att. to people. This was ridiculous.

The Fkin Ugly - So I cancelled before the 2 months where I receive a full refund on my Antenna (R1699). I have proof of cancellation letter on the 20th of July and to date nothing ! Screamer refuses to acknowledge my cancellation even though Danie (owner/manager) from In-Tech claims he handed the docs himself. They even bill me for August.Victor who is quick to repsond to emails, doesnt return any for the last 2 weeks.

Bottom line, Screamer are a monkey business, they even make Telkom look good. Head between my legs, i have to re-apply with Telkom for better crappy service.

wow, sounds just like my experience,...

its been two years now and i haven't been refunded.

I was with ISPOT. The guy i was in contact with was Levi. All promises but no action.....So hard to get good service these days...

Well, I've had nothing but good service from Screamer.

Their billing department feels like heaven - albeit it was IBurst I came from, so maybe any half way competent billing would feel good.:)

I contract with them directly, maybe that's the difference.

Please PM me your account no so I can look into this because this doesn't sound at all acceptable or the kind of practice our CEO would allow.

If you could also please let me have your account no I will look into this, although we did not have a refund policy in place 2 years ago your contract might have been an exception which I will investigate.
