My P990i goes dead after 5-7 hours of a full charge  Usually get 2 full days! The battery level shows almost full when the phone just dies, any1 had this issue? My last resort is to send it in, but my last phone that went in came back with scratches  soo don;t really wanna do that. Can a firmware fix this??

Don't think a firmware update can fix this, sounds like a faulty battery to me. Get a new one at SE shop at Vodaworld, or any Vodacom/MTN shops.

Same thing is happening with my dad's P910i. Battery still show more than half charge, yet keeps warning of low battery. The phone is well over 2 years old, so I think the battery is dying.

Battery should last about 500 charge/discharge cycles. You should get more than 2 years of battery life. Must be the phone that is dying on you.

Don't worry, you can always get yourself a N95.;):D

I agree.

Add the following to the iphone:

GPS
5mp Camera
3G
HSDPA
DVD-like quality Video Recording
TV-out

Then I will maybe decide to trade my N95 for one.;):D
