If you running comrades you need to be in a club...Not all runners belong to clubs

But all runners in Comrades need to be members of a club...Not all runners belong to clubs
It's actually exactly 40 min/5k x 18 to come in at just under the 12hour cut off, but you might end up missing it completely. Real heartbreaker.Thats a good way of breaking it up, i battle to do one 5km under 33 min, i dont want to imagine doing 18 in a row at that pace.

You can actually speed walk a comrades marathon.
Everyone suffers....and suffer the worst muscle aches.
True. However, I tried speed walking 10km back when I was younger and fitter. It was brutal. It was worse than jogging the same distance.Everyone suffers.
Everyone suffers.
So, which Springbok rugby player and war veteran also has a top ten Comrades finish running in his rugby boots and then went on to play a game of rugby the next day?
