Seeing a massive flood of people who can't make calls or send SMS

i bought vodacom airtime this morning at 8:00 via the ABSA web portal, still waiting for Vodacom to update the airtime :-/
Wonder if its related.

Interesting that Cell-C is also being shown as down by some people. Guess this is the ones that are romaing onto Vodacom..

I can't get hold of anyone who is on Vodacom, everyone's phones must be off, all at the same time.....

Frequency of reports is low, 6-10 wheras Vodacom's is running 150-200 in the same time-frame.
There does seem to be a downward trend in the chart now though so it seems that the problem is slowly but surely being sorted out.
