After a year or so? I don't think they will make it that far. And what makes you think she will oblige for his birthday? She is selfish. I can't put it in any other way. As a guy who has been there, I would advise him to enjoy the sex while it lasts, and if the relationship gets in the way of his happiness, LEAVE!
