Selling a car to a foreign buyer

Hi everyone.
I recently posted my car for sale on Gumtree's South African site.After a few days I get a response from a person claiming to be in Norway, who would like to buy my car and pay me via PayPal.My concern is firstly as a South African am I allowed to sell my car to a foreigner who's intention is to ship the car to Norway and secondly if I get paid via PayPal how do I get the money into my South African bank account and can the payment be reversed out of the PayPal account by the buyer?

Any advice will be highly appreciated.
