Specialised Software Solutions Company based in Bedfordview is urgently recruiting a Senior Business Analyst with 5+ years experience.

• The business analyst’s role has a tactical focus towards solution delivery.
• The business analyst is primarily client focused that have the interest of client and product at heart.
• Responsible for defining the client’s solution vision, high-level solution definition and roadmap.
• The business analyst must understands the challenges clients in their unique environment.
• The business analyst will provide detailed requirements that supports the prioritisation process.
• Helps the product / project sponsor and product owner define and articulate the business problem and product vision.
• Elicit requirements using a variety of techniques, including facilitating cross-functional requirements workshops.
• Model the "as-is" and "to-be" business processes.
• Model the expected system interactions, particularly when software is being developed.
• Look for gaps in data requirements between what is in place and what is needed. Model the data requirements or work with the appropriate people to ensure that the data will support the new solution.
• Create mock-ups of the new user interfaces.
• Assist the product owner in developing user stories and the associated acceptance criteria so the development team will know when they're done.
• Trace user stories to business objectives and the product vision and throughout the sprint to ensure it's actually been delivered as imagined.
• Support the product owner by discussing business and technical impacts of and dependencies related to priority decisions.
• Assist with the change management process and assess how ready the organization is to accept the change.
• Relevant qualifications

+5 years experience in a similar role

Provident Fund

R720 000 per annum CTC
