R10k? That is what cleaners are demanding :D. Seriously though what is CTC? How do we know that the recruiter is not taking the other R30k? What is the agencies cut usually? I'm just thinking he is going to have to earn his commission to find someone suitable to work for that money.

1. Stand in for the relevant Manager when required
2. Able to Lead the staff in day to day operations
First danger sign. You run a company where your managers is constantly absent from their positions?

3. Take Responsibility for the performance of their shift.
6. Always meets or exceeds the required Quality Standards
While that is the justification used, no matter how strong their design, most performance appraisals are executed so poorly that they may actually harm a legal case. The ultimate cost of an 'unfair' assessment may be that it actually drives your top employees away because, for example, there was no differential in recognition and rewards for their superior performance.

Must love working with your hands and outdoors.
Should I mow the lawns as well?

LOL !! you ppl think 8k is peanuts???, LMFAO...you should come to Mpumalanga you will be lucky to earn 8k a month, I worked as a IT Tech/shop manager did network setups, sales, repairs and did CCTV installations in Boxer superstores, so that meant working in some very, very dodgy areas, I was lucky to have my own company car, so that helped a bit (and I worked for R 5900 a month) but I will admit 8k for this job is nuts.

R8k is peanuts. R5.9k is chump change. You were used and abused.

I'm sorry but I equate this to those hillbilly hicks that live in Tornado Valley and get all upset that the tornadoes keep destroying their houses. If you live in a place that rips you off and takes the population in the area for a ride, why the hell do you stay?
