Position on offer
This senior position calls for high end proactive and reactive support to external clients, attending to incidents, problems, changes, troubleshooting, and installations in a Microsoft environment. The position requires the candidate to passionately pursue Microsoft technology trends, advising 4th Dimension Technology and their clients on the latest industry best practice implementation and provide insight into future proofing client IT environments. Pre-sales, internal and external consulting forms part of this role.
We are searching for a high-end Professional Microsoft Engineer to fast track a dynamic team elevating 4th Dimension Technology to the next level of IT service delivery. A professional who is both technically and academically qualified, demonstrates technical leadership and is career orientated will be our ideal candidate.
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• MCSE 2008 or later
Skill set
• Fully competent in designing, installing, migrating, maintaining, troubleshooting and decommissioning a client server environment
• Fully competent in working with Windows Domain Services and Active Directory
• Fully competent in working with MS Exchange Server and Client
• Leadership attributes
• Proven client service excellence
Experience
• 10 years or more experience working with and supporting clients in a Microsoft environment
• Proven track record of technical leadership
Advantages
