Interesting

"ISPA Compliance
Sentech is a member of the Internet Service Providers Association and conforms with the code of conduct which can be found here (http://www.ispa.org.za/code/code_of_conduct.html)"

http://www.ispa.org.za/code/code_of_conduct.html states in the very first line....

"Freedom of expression

1. ISPA and its members respect the constitutional right to freedom of speech and expression."

...and so the lies continue

not lies, just double standards, we should complain to ispa and let them revoke Sentech's association with them because of what they did to TheRodent

Help save the bandwidth. Decent download speeds for TheRodent! Stop downloading now!!!

Ahem! Sentech is most certainly *NOT* a member of ISPA. Check
here, and you won't find them listed anywhere: -

http://www.ispa.org.za/members.htm

This claim is fraudulent.

Point 3.
<i>ISPA's members respect the confidentiality of customers' personal information and will not gather, retain, sell or distribute such information to any other party without the consent of the customer, except where required to do so by law.</i>

At the bottom of almost all scumtechs webpages have the link "send to a friend"

So it goes....

The article Acceptable Use Policy has been sent ISPA... Thank you.

Dont you find it interesting that the Infosat and Sentech physical addresses are the same?

Seems to me that Sentech owns Infosat now, All the signs lead to it. Even the fact that the Sentech proxy servers are the same as the Infosat ones.

Infosat is a member of ISPA.

I leave you to draw your own conclusions.
