I know Sentech has ordered 12 racks (120000) users now if that is full they can't accomidate that amount of people I think.
They fist want to see what kind of demand there is otherwise there is just to much bandwidth sitting there currently doing nothing. I would have assumed TELKOM would have done this.
I mean it's just good business sence. A service makes money and is in demand you increase the output to assure the same for each client in turn that increases your revenue and your number of users you can start doing things , like creating more access points and buying more bandwidth thus your business grows with the technology and the clients are happy.
It's sort of a win/win situation you get the latest technologies and you get the money to support that upgrade and your clients will be happy with your service.
That is the ideal world

Unfrotunately not all businesses follow it and their clients become aggrivated as well they should be they are PAYING for that service with their hard earned cash.
If the company that offers the service can't deliver then you should have every right to complain.
