WTF.. they are basically saying, dont download, dont use any bandwidth, and it will be fast again?????
Am i the only one who seems to read it this way ????
so why not just switch off your PC, and pay the subscription... so that no one is online, and they get the speed that they brag about, and all the cash
So now you must only use the net as they see fit???

BTW hellkom has managed to lose my ISDN application as well.....The $%$^&*&*... Zak :(

I posted the following analogy on ITWEB the other day.

Rental company A says you they will rent you a car where you are free to
race at 512km/h down a scenic route ; however; the car can only ride for
3000km and then it stops automatically (limited kilometers).

Rental company B says they will rent you a car that you can only drive at
128km/h along the same route and you can go as far a you wish (unlimited
kilometers).

Attracted by the unlimited kilometers option; you decide on company B.
After a while you realise that the car that company B has given you
averages only 40km/h.

When you complain to company B you are told that your car is not going as
fast as promised because there are other users on the road and some users
travel too far down the road !!!

Exactly how far down the road is deemed abusive travel? you get told it is
in company B's disgretion. As you can see the explanation given does not
make any sense.

Cheer up Zak2, next monday is the 1st anniversary of my ISDN application to Helkom. Needless to say it has not been installed in the intervening period

So yea, stop downloading so I can come online and download my porn at decent speeds, dammit, I can't get decent speeds with this 55kb/s crap, I want my 65kb/s like I used to before the speed problems
