I made a query with Sentech both telephonically and via email about whether tower 90 in Wynberg Cape Town is operational yet. On the phone I was told it wasn't and by email I got the following response in broken english:

"Towe 90 is operational , Please could you give us the
adress
to the plce you goin to so we could chech if it is within
the couverage area."

WTF???!!

How are we supposed to accomplish anything as users when the support ppl seem to be so totally lost? And I know proper english isn't necessarily the most important thing in life but **OMG** how unprofessional is this?

This is old news. Sentech support has sucked pretty much from day one. If anything the crappiness of their support has been the most consistent feature of the whole MyWi product.
