Browsin Sentechs forum tonight, came across this page
http://www.sentech.co.za/modules.php?op=modload&name=Feedback&file=index&req=FeedbackLogin&sc=failed
page titled "Customer Satisfaction Survey"
so, my first thought was Sentech is finally moving in the right direction, to determine the extent of the client base problems.
Upon attempting a logon with my username and pass, i recieved the dreaded :
Please login ...
...
Invalid username or password
Inefficiency, problems and more pain and suffering is all they could have in store for us.
As I'm typing this topic, they probably already gave their helpdesk OGRES a listing of usernames and passwords to enter into the authentication database, they just don't learn!!!
Give it a shot, lets see if anyone elses usernames are active yet!
I can say for certain, Sentech will definitely not publish the results accurately, but at least they can have 1st hand testimony to the suckiness of their product.
