Sentech's AUP

Okay, given, there is a clause in the contract you physically signed that says something about you agreeing to the AUP, but who here actually READ the AUP BEFORE signing the contract? And what stops Sentech from amending this online AUP to suit their needs whenever and whatever they want...

Thus, I firmly stand by my view point that if I didn't sign an agreement they can't hold me against, they can go finger themselves

I read the AUP before signing. It said nothing about limiting the traffic in any way. It said the same thing thats on their little bulletin forum thingey. No excessive web hosting blah blah. The AUP never mentioned anything about "You are not allowed to download things illegal or legal when more people come online". If nobody downloaded then what could they use as an excuse for the slow speed to the local network? Where's our SLA that goes with the AUP? We signed up on the provisio of no cap always on unshaped. The said OK but please read the AUP. I did. Still why are they making like everybody is guilty?

Anyways.. hopefully they are actually improving the service and not stalling as usual..

Unless I initialed the AUP (which I did not) I am not contractually bound by it ... the only thing that forces us to be bound by it is the fact that most of us cannot AFFORD to fight them in court.
