Going to give 'The Leftovers' another punt on here!!
Seriously entertaining tv!! Thought provoking and original with a side order of the unexpected! Not only will you be questioning your faith but you'll be taking your loved one's a lot less for granted after watching this...
This show is so crap, I want to vomit when it comes on TV. You can watch 8 episodes and you will learn nothing new between ep 1 and 8. Over hyped rubbish.
I've watched every episode of Season 1 & 2.

Damn!!! Sorry to hear that dude! I recently lost a 3TB with almost a years' worth of series too. I share your pain.
As first reported by EW, Universal Cable Productions and Jason Blum's Blumhouse Productions are developing a new series based on the 1990 feature film Tremors. Bacon will exec produce and reprise his role as Valentine McKee. The drama will be written by Andrew Miller (The Secret Circle).
A network is not yet attached, though UCP says there are multiple outlets who have expressed interest in the potential series.
The film, which grossed $16.6 million domestically, was produced by UCP feature sibling Universal Pictures. The movie about giant killer worms was produced by The Walking Dead EP Gale Anne Hurd and starred Bacon as a handyman in Perfection, Nevada. It spawned four direct-to-video sequels and a subsequent TV series (Tremors: The Series, which aired for one season on the then-Sci Fi Channel in 2003). Bacon was only attached to the original.
The news comes six months after Bacon said he was interested in revisiting Tremors. "I'd love to do something else with Tremors and revisit the character 25 years later," he told IGN.
The project hails from Blum's microbudget deal with UCP that will see the mastermind behind Paranormal Activity develop TV fare on a better financial model for the cable-focused studio.
Reboots continue to be all the rage as broadcast, cable and streaming services look for proven properties in a bid to cut through the glut of original scripted programming. Key to their success is having the original producers involved, with Tremors produced by the same company behind the movie.
Yoh Tremors already had like 2 or 3 sequels a series and tv movies
It looks like the cult classic movie Tremors is the latest horror property to make the transition from the big screen to the small one. Entertainment Weekly reports that Universal Pictures and Jason Blum’s Blumhouse Productions are gearing up for a Tremors television series. The new show will feature original star Kevin Bacon, who will reprise his role as Valentine McKee from the first film in the franchise. Bacon, fresh off three seasons of The Following, is also attached as an executive producer.
The original 1990 film, about a small town under attack from giant underground creatures, spawned four straight-to-video sequels, and even a short-lived television series back in 2003. However, none of them had original star Kevin Bacon attached. This news follows an interview Bacon did only a few short months ago where he expressed interest in returning to the world of Tremors, telling IGN that he would “love to do something else with Tremors and revisit the character 25 years later.” No network is officially attached yet, but there are said to be several interested parties already.
Tremors is but the latest old-school horror property to make the transition to television. A&E has seen great success with their Psycho prequel series Bates Motel, and Starz also brought back Bruce Campbell as Ash for their Ash Vs. The Evil Dead series. Scream is another example of a classic horror franchise that has been re-invented for television. And one can make the argument that The Walking Dead is essentially the George Romero Living Dead movie series reinvented as a television serial. Could Tremors follow in their successful footsteps?...
There was already a tremors TV series... and it was reasonably good ... Worth a watch!
