Just finished Patrick Melrose. Well written show, tough subject matter though. A difficult watch but very humorous too which makes it doable without one wanting to slit one's wrists.

Cumberbatch is painfully good as Patrick Melrose!!

Would have loved a Season 2 but it seems this is a once off...

Finished succession. Properly enjoyed it. The music is fabulous. The characters are awesome, and just a great topic for a show.

I am watching Yellowstone now - similar to Succession in some way and also quite enjoyable.

Finished Picnic at Hanging Rock.

It's a mess. Can't figure out what angle it's going for and ends up with unresolved arcs and and unsatisfying end.

This a new one? I remember the '70s film, and the other day I read somewhere a little about the book and the author. Seems like the book didn't have a satisfying end, either.
