Kind of. The bit I did watch, if you took the canned laughter out, was watchable.

I've watched episodes of MASH with the laughter removed. They were so much better.

Barry is black comedy gold I would even say it borrows some elements from British stuff like Minty Python. Reminds me of an old movie, could be Grosse Point Blank.
