I did. And I probably won’t watch this because the book cannot be topped and an inferior production will never live it up it and mess with my memories. Same as 11.22.63. I’ve had it downloaded and ready to watch for ages but I just can’t bring myself to do it.

I will watch this sometime, but the book was brilliant so I'll let more time pass because I reckon it will make a good series. I just think no-one does character development like Stephen King so that's what keep the books special. Mind you, it's different with Under the Dome. Rotten premise for a book but the characters he invents and develops are just fabulous. Like the best ever, and there is no way this will translate to the small screen so that's one series I definitely won't watch because I know how bad it will be.
