Just finished episode 5 of Shining Girls.

I kind of went from “I know where this is going” to “I have no idea what is going on” (in a good way) and now I definitely want to watch episode 6. Bit of a slow burn I guess.

Would I be right that it's essentially a bunch of macho, rich, self-absorbed, bigoted assholes, with zero saving graces, out to screw over anyone who gets in the way of what they want, knowing they are powerful enough for there to be no consequences ?

If a native American war party came down from the hills, burnt everything to the ground and scalped the entire family, that would be just peachy.
