Every time I see a new "Netflix" series now then I cringe at how woke it is going to be

Well, loadshedding hit at 8PM last night. Wonderful...and with nothing to watch that interests us/that we can agree upon on Netflix/Britbox (which is INCREDIBLY slow to add anything)/Disney+, we started browsing Netflix and going through everything.

Anyways, picked up on Breaking Bad and have started to watch that. From all your comments, it's going to be a good series to binge!

Agreed. The premise sounds amazing, but in reality the one twin will be a transgender who was kidnapped by white supremacists and the other twin will be looking for her/him with her friends who are all gay people of colour. Looking at the cast I can safely say there will also be annoying disrespectful teenagers in the mix.

Watched the first episode of She-Hulk last night, it exceeded expectations. Entertaining, somewhat humorous, and the CGI was much improved over what was shown in the trailers.

My memory of black mirror is one of it becoming quite meh. I like the first season and a few of the later one's but it was very much hit & miss.

The problem with starting breaking bad so late is expectations. The greater the hype the greater the expectations.

I'm actually thinking going forward it might be better to start with better call Saul and move onto breaking bad.

Regardless, 2 of the best pieces of TV ever produced.
