Those of you who have bought a new SIM and are trying to load a data bundle, forget it.
There is a problem at MTN. Apparently you can credit a new account with a recharge voucher, but you can't load the data bundle.
You may be able to grab an old SIM and use that as long as you have waited 30 days since the last reload.
Oh, and don't try asking the operators to transfer the credit. Even if you had the patience to try and explain to those logically challenged individuals what the problem is and what the suggested solution would be (give yourself a medal for achievement
