SERIOUS problem with billing

Hello everyone, long time no see.

I have seen it posted before, but I need to alert everyone that you absolutely MUST check your bank account every month, and make sure that you're being charged and being charged CORRECTLY by Sentech.

Several complaints have been noted where people have been charged obvious idiot amounts (R 64 900 instead of R 649.00) to strange amounts (R 3000 instead of R 649.00).

If they do this, I'd recommend that you contact them and tell them to reverse the debit order immediately. Do not accept a "credit" on your account (what happens when Sentech sees it's ass as the 24 month contracts end?). If they refuse, sue them immediately.

Heads up people! We're dealing with filthy thieves.

They overcharged me by 1.5k for the last two months. That is, 6000 rand for a 3000 rand service

At least I bitch and moan effectively enough to get them to reverse the debit orders

Their accounts department is as bad as their bandwidth. They have not deducted anything since joining in Feb. Maybe they should debit the R3000 owed and use it to buy some bandwidth?
