Server 2008 r2 Help (system Interrupts)

Hey, on my Developers Server for some reason the CPU spikes every few seconds the only thing I could pick out was "system interrupts" I know there was a problem with windows 7 and this but I can't find any help with server 2008 r2, any Ideas of how to resolve this? any software to help identify the problem?

eish dude, im having some issues as well. I would run updates on the server.
