Setting up and redirecting

Good day all. Im new to this Mikrotik. I would like to ask if some one can help me. I need to setup a redirection on a tower that is on my network and using my internet but its some roge person that got on the net with a testing account. I need to redirect his out bound traffic to a public IP html page that i set up so he can make contact. his internet must be blocked but he must be allow only to be redirected to my public IP website. sorry for my bade Eng. All clients is pppoe auth.

Will you be able to export and share your config?

Through winbox go to new terminal and type "export file=system-export" you can edit this file in notepad. Just remove the passwords and usernames from the config.
