Setting up ip tunnels through multiple proxies?

Hey guys and girls,

I was wondering if anyone knew of an application. Preferably free that i can use to route my pc's adsl connection through multiple proxies?

If not or if it's possible to set this up without 3rd-party software could i have a link to where it's explained or could someone explain it to me.

I knew someone would tell me that. I've looked on google. I can't find any detailed tutorials or guides to setting up a multi route tunnel.
Can you give me a hint what you put in google to find it?
