Dear unemployed IT person in South Africa ... and mybroadband readers 
I cannot find the nr of unemployed IT in ZA online. I read ZA has 180 000 IT people employed. Lets assume 16 percent unemployment ... 30 000 unemployed. So we have 30 000 people that could earn R 33 000 per month; that is nearly ONE BILLION RAND per month skilled productivity lost.
What a waste; lets get together and do something supercool ... see below. You are welcome to ignore the totally unrealistic millions and billions of rands below; and just attend to hear and take part in the cool technical IT side of things.
During the past months I developed an AWESOME !!! Internet-centered set of 10 interrelated projects.
These projects could lift nearly all unemployed IT people out of their zero income status into at least 'pay for their own living expenses' within a year. Obviously the more valuable your input the more impressive your monthly income will be.
I would like the opportunity to address around 50 IT people to share the broad outlines of just ONE of these projects.
Unfortunately this article ONLY focus on money; during my informal talk ( details below ) to you will hear the specifics.
( Obviously you will see below that I have no experience leading a mill. rand startup (with a zero budget), so please excuse my exuberance. That is why I contact you: we need people with skills that I lack. I am just the technical strategic generalist visionary architect leader. ( Ohhh boy, I think my head just swelled a bit MORE ... No need for panic ... my lack of confidence is intact and unaffected. )
I want 1000+ IT people in ZA all on the same multidimensionally aligned trajectories less than 30 days from now. YOU people provide the missing 999 skilled resources. You see ? ... me = visionary architect. I am just one of the 1000. )
One global company that does something similar to one of these projects currently turnover R 1 billion a month.
They are probably realizing and using less than 1 percent of the total value of their company ... they have over 500 000 users, but there are 1 billion websites in the world: they have 0.05 percent market share.
They have beautiful, AWESOMEly normalized data-rich data models, but unfortunately their 'cheapest' plan costs over R 1500; which partly explains their tiny market share.
South Africa has 1 million websites. Absurd suggestion: if we develop similar functionalities and charge R 1 per month; that gives R 1 million turnover per month.
This functionality is CRUCIALLY IMPORTANT to the continued growing existence of every website; even if your website only showcases your sailboat stamp collection.
R 1 million a month pays around R 30 000 for only 30 people - assuming ZERO !!! other expenses - which is impossible.
R 10 per month per person fee gives R 10 million a month. That is 30 grand for 300 people every month - minus expenses ??? will only leave ??? 30 grand for 200 people ??? This is my lowest goal: 10 percent market share in ZA: full time employ for 200 people.
If we go global: 1000 times the nr of websites; but only 1 percent market share:
One billion websites at R 10 a month = R 10 billion; with 1 percent market share = R 100 million a month.
Shame; that is only 10 times the income from just ZA; but; IMMENSELY IMPORTANT !!!!! ... this is intentional for strategic reasons that will dwarf the money we SEEM to loose because we SEEM to be too cheap.
All this talk about money distracts me; it is these visionary, pleasant eye-tear producing awesome 'seemingly unrelated fragments of mini-enablements' that pulsates multiplying pleasing insights !!!!! !!!!! !!!!! !!!!! inside my non-symmetrical cranial dome. What I have in mind is for all people in the world to experience this daily ... API-data driven flow ...

However considering the very PURPOSE of these projects it would be STUPID for anyone to try and develop a competing set of functionalities. The whole purpose of my proposed projects is for IT people in South Africa to work TOGETHER !!!!!!!!!! Ten new, fresh copycat ZA companies having R 1 mill. a month is pathetic compared to if we in IT in ZA join together and go for the R 1 billion a month global prize.
Most IT persons and companies will want to link into at least some of the MANY data APIs we are going to expose.
I am an introverted, super loner hermit. Everything just said is my own work. When we get 100 IT people together for a week in one building we can VASTLY increase the awesomeness of the overall vision ... and probably throw out most of these initial contributions of mine ... good ... I want to help implement the shared, integrated visions of 100s of people ... NOT force 100s of people to implement MY vision.

I would prefer to hold it at 8am; that way lazy, sleepy people are automatically unable to attend ... good.
I do not know a single person in the world I can share and discuss this with; so I have to go big and present it to 50+ strangers.
The moment 50 people responded; I will add an autoreponse reply to my email stating the group consensus time ... hopefully FRI or SAT 8 am. I will talk for around 15 mins; then; if all goes well we can have informal discussions for 30 mins ... probably mainly on how to get started Monday 30 May at 8am: ALL we need is you + office space; with your laptops and big LCDs; and a few smallish servers; not R 100 000 cash.
