SGT 10.1 best ROM- i want to upgrade.

Am gatvol with waiting for the official Samsung upgrade for my galaxy tab10.0. (still running honeycomb). What is the best rom out there. Is it better to go with ICS or are there good jelly bean ROMs out there. The last time i tried to upgrade i was put off by the camera and 3G that didnt work. Have these been sorted out?

We've been having it Enjoy ICS
