SGT10.1 P7500 (3G) and P4 Cyanogen firmware ...

I need some help/direction here ...

I've been running AOKP roms on my P7500 (P4) for some time now with plenty success. I would like to give the Cyanogen roms a go as well but I just cannot get it right. I use Rom Manager Premium (v5.0.0.7) that constantly downloads the incorrect wifi-only version of the P7500 rom for my device. This rom installs without any problems but I then sit without 3G. When I however download the 3G versions of the P7500 (P4) Cyanogen roms it just won't install in recovery mode (file transferred from PC to device).

AOKP roms have no problem installing in this way but the 3G versions of Cyanogen roms won't (and I've tried many nightlies from http://get.cm/?device=p4 so it is not due to corrupt downloads).

what clockwork recovery version are you using? you cant use the latest one 5.8..?? you have to use version 5.5.0.4, you need to go to http://droidbasement.com/db-blog/ and download the clockwork mod 5.5.0.4 and then you need to download odin version 1.82 or 1.85 cant remember which, but not the newest one otherwise Odin wont even pick the tab up, then you flash the older version of clockworkmod and then you can go ahead and flash the CM 9 rom.

As an alternative to Samfimware, you could try Checkfus - I've always found the downloads far faster (as they come from Samsung's servers), and they don't require a login and aren't password protected: http://fus.nanzen.se/download.php?id=11
