It takes two to tango

It takes two to tango, or to commit fraud.

Glad to see he couldn't bribe his way out of this one.

Getafix, I think Zuma is party to it but it doesn't really take three to commit fraud. (Arms manufacturer and Shaik) Zuma might not have known about it.

I think he did though, I just wish he could have a real trial so we all actually could find out the truth.

The saga starts all over

This time the state is going to take its time.

The saying goes:
The law grinds slowly but it grinds thoroughly.

I don't know how guilty he is. Let's leave that to the courts. Should he be charged, there is no way that he can become president.

Firstly, should he get charged it will take two years for anything to happen.

Secondly, if there is a conspiracy, he will definitely be charged.

Thirdly, he may not be charged. However I doubt that. The prosecuting authority just got permission to appeal the order relating to the seizure of his documents. They are pursuing the matter.

In other words, it seems that he is on his way to a long holiday in a state hotel.

Great 'good news' post. I'll celebrate a victory for justice when he's actually behind bars.

This must give the state confidence to re-charge zuma.

Good riddance to that little rat. Unfortunately it seems only people who fall out of favour with the ANC seem to get charged.

Just think: If JZ is guilty, imagine how many people lower down commit fraud and corruption.

Now there can be no doubt in anyone's mind.

I am confident in the Supreme Court of Appeal's decisions.
Also points to a well job well done by Judge Squires.

There is no Constitutional Issues here IMO and this is the end of the line for Shabir and his fraudsters.
Shaik has between 48 and 72 hours to report to correctional services
I will be very disappointed if top ANC Officials are present at his incarceration.
This Court Case has cost the country untold face and money.

Unlike Yengeni, I don't think that Sheik is considered as one of the foremost struggle leaders.

does that means he gets 33 years in prison

15 years on each account plus 3 for fraud?
